You will have the opportunity here to execute and scale our go-to-market (GTM) strategy by working with our core team of AEs. This player + coach position will be accountable for doubling our client base in 2023 by building, mentoring, and growing our sales team. You will use your team building and leadership skills to help Wonders sell our flagship product, the Voice Ordering Platform, as well as a suite of restaurant technology products such as POS, Delivery, and Online Ordering.

What you’ll accomplish:

  • You will achieve aggressive company growth targets (100% revenue growth annually) by designing and building a revenue engine for independent restaurant clients.
  • You will generate a pipeline in partnership with your marketing counterparts.
  • You will manage the AE team to achieve and surpass monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals
  • You will refine the Sales Playbook, Sales Motion, and Sales Pitch to increase sales and decrease the sales cycle.
  • You will manage all deal flow and forecasting through Salesforce.
  • You will Improve Sales processes with the Sales Ops team and cross-functional collaboration
  • You will communicate strategy, deal status, and sales forecasts clearly and accurately in written and Spoken English to C-level Executives.
  • You will hire, mentor, grow, and retain an all-star sales team at a 20% churn.
  • You will continuously be improving and maintain the existing Sales Training program
  • You will maintain our phenomenal culture focused on customer, partner, and employee success.

About you:

  • You have 3+ years of Sales management experience at a hyper-growth technology company selling to SMB. (Restaurant technology-related industry is a plus)
  • You have the ability to speak, read and write Mandarin Chinese natively, as well as the ability to speak, read and write English proficiently.
  • You have a proven sales track record in achieving Quarterly and Annual sales goals.
  • You have a proven plan for building and running successful sales teams.
  • You have a strong financial sense to work with VP on pricing discounts when needed.
  • You have a natural intellectual curiosity to internalize our value proposition and have a knack for identifying the fastest path to sale.
  • You have the ability to take a deal from a prospect to close quickly as you must mentor your AEs to do the same.
  • You have superior client-facing attributes and the ability to build consensus within internal teams.
  • You have the passion, creativity, and energy to build our revenue engine in a way that maps to our team culture.
  • You have Salesforce proficiency to manage your team’s pipeline, deal stages, and forecasts on a daily basis
  • You have technology proficiency - the ability to use sales management software to track the performance of the team

  • You have experience in a consumer-driven industry with a passion for the customer.
  • You have a roll-up-your-sleeves mentality with current or prior experience working in a fast-paced, collaborative, highly ambiguous environment frequently wearing more than one hat.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $110,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year
